Wow, those are the cleanest buses that i have ever seen. I think I even saw my own reflection in the window. Way to go London.

I know, pretty nice huh. I've always liked London. And the English generally. They're so accepting of...

Wanted to go to London since I first heard the Clash singing lost in a supermarket and London Calling of course. Never got there yet. Are you living there now, seems to me that you have some Japanese interests as well with your avatars and your name. For the record I am a brooklyn boy who lived in manhattan for many years and then decided to raise his family in a quite yet very cultured part of florida. with other stuff as well.

Visited London twice but never lived there. Kind of an Anglophile, which for various reasons is a little out of character for me. I'm a Left Coast boy myself, but my partner and I both have close ties to folks in Japan and spend quite a bit of time there off and on. I'm glad you found a spot in FL that works for you. I like the sunshine but can do without the humidity and the storms. Japan already gives us our fill of both.

I live in the suburbs of London, South East to to be exact but have over the years lived all over this city from the East end to the Center and I do love it, there is so much to see and I never get bored of travling up or down the river itself :D

Always wanted to go up and down the River Thames as well as explore the channel system. Most likely do that when my kids are grown and out but my wife and I are planning in a couple of years on spending a month over in your land. Going to wait till the three year old is five or six and we thinking either renting a place in the English Countryside as a home base and shooting about on the railway system for day/weekend trips including Paris or just renting a tour van and shoot about. Kids love to travel for we do major trips every year so it should be a great time. By the way , I have one kid who is a Liverpool fan and another who loves Chesea football out of my four boys.

Takiji, glad you found your home on the west coast. Took my wife when we were dating to San. Fan. for a holiday trip and on the plane ride back to
NYC I knew that I wanted to marry her.

I like sharing a bit of information with people online. It makes it impossible to hate anyone based upon their viewpoints when you know a bit about the person as a person. I realize some enjoy the hate and sometimes hate/love relationship and power to them as long as it is mutual but its not my thing.

The UK is a great place to visit and these days you can get a train direct fron London to Paris and if the plans go ahead you will also soon be able to get one to Germany :) Dislike soccer so can be of no help to anyone on that score LOL
The Thames is fantastic dont take the river cruise use the ferry service costs less and you still get to see some great views

Back to the OP. According to Wiki, Harun Yahha is a prominent Creationist. If he were an American Christian who took Creationism seriously he'd probably be running for president. But he's Turkish and a Muslim so Bachmann and Perry have nothing to worry about.

I like the theory that planet earth is a prison for crazy alien off spring and their is a alien base on the moon making sure we don't leave to pollute the universe.

Scientology may be considered a religion, but it originated from a science-fiction writer who became frustrated that his work wasn't deemed good enough for print. He came up with the idea to turn it into a religion based on the fact that people are dumb and would buy into it, making him rich and famous. He succeeded. America is the land of opportunity lol

Oh I agree except on some levels I think the guy believed in it. He was also into the occult for awhile, I can not figure out how in heck governments are giving tax exempt status to a religion that is based upon books that a science fiction writer wrote.

I don't think I'll be invited to any future meetings either lol

...and I'm hoping they don't take it too personal. In the past they've gone to unbelievable extremes defending their 'religion'. Even Putin would think twice before denouncing them... and he's about as vicious a person as it gets. Putin: "I do not like these Scientologists... but I do not want to die... let's attack Georgia instead."
