Seriously..I haven't been to Fox in a while and I was bored, so I undeleted it from my dvr and tuned it in. Holy schnikees! I was laughing so hard I had to record it to show it to my wife. Holy bats*it!! Hannity has Ann the man on, (sporting his over sized adam's apple proudly). I caught earlier news that Obama agreed to Boner's request of one day delay. Ok. Fox spins it as "Obama CAVES to Boner"? The usual liberal bashing ensues (no surprise). Eventually (and gratuitously, he ends his show). Then he throws a football. Apparently this is a regular thing now???LOL What the hell is that nonsense all about??!! What happened? He give up donut buying in lieu of mini football throwing?? LOLOL He still had his regular "Let not your heart...great American" BS, but holy buffaloes!! You Fox watchers endure this crap EVERY night? Geeeezus. No wonder you're all bat**it whacked isolationists. Holy friggin crap. What a load.

How interesting. Your only comment on the content was "Fox spins it as 'Obama CAVES to Boner'". Curious, but what else would you call it? He was a total idiot to schedule it at that particular time to begin with and he got called out on it. Aside from that, you don't like the looks of Ann, Hannity cannot throw a football and you don't like him saying "great American". Real good reasons not to like Fox and the right - real good!

 

I don't watch much television but if tom hates it that much it must be intelligient, honest programming. Maybe I'll try to catch a few minutes of FOX today.
While we're talking television, does Keith Olberman still have his show? Heck, does that network he was on even still exist....not MSNBC but that other one? Hmmm, does MSNBC still exist?

 

It was even better when Glenn "I have a blackboard, watch me use it to make you understand, people!" Beck was there. I used to watch his show (or as much of it as I could take) so I could get a better understanding of what a manic, obsessive/compulsive does with his time. I rarely tuned in before, I do so less now that the nut is gone lol ...the irony for me is that he was so controversial FOX had to let him go (he upset FOX viewers), yet his show was the only thing I cared to watch LOL

 

Do I smell a contradiction here? Didn't you claim to be politically neutral when you first joined this little forum? What you have just posted sounds a little different.

 

I said I TRY to be neutral. When I see something from either side (liberal or conservative) that I find repulsive I slide a bit further away from the side that pissed me off lol

There are several things the Republican party stands for that I can agree with, but there are also quite a few things that I can't.

Beck converted to be a Morman and he is not like the everyday Morman but a fundamentalist fanatic type. If I was his wife I would be worried that a number 2, double meaning, may be coming.

The funny thing was he was copying Father Sheen's old TV show for awhile which was when I saw he started to go over the deep end. Don't watch fox but it is next to the soccer channel where I am so I pass through as I flip.

Oh I'm sure you'd ban me sir. I was just pointing out that certain individuals are exempt from that rule. I'll be nice and not speculate as to why though.

Yes...banning is only very selectively applied though. Translation...if you're a "preferred member", you can't/won't be banned. FU, the "N" word, are terms that are completely acceptable when the "preferred" member uses them. Otherwise, they cannot be used.

I had a whole bunch of related jokes that I was gonna string together here... but eh. Someone was offended. The squeaky wheel got the grease. I'm not offended at that, but they should realize that, due to my upbringing in the lower caste, I have somewhat lower emissions standards.

 

Any one who fails to follow the simple rules on Homophopic or racist comments after a warning recieve exactly the same treatment you care to show examples of anything different feel free to do so I do Not ban people lightly nor do I show favratism regardless of what you might think

 

Understood Boss ...I was just explaining that I'm somewhat 'low-brow' (grunts)... and could understand why someone more cultured or reserved may find my comments offensive. But IMO, they smell funny.

If that were the case, there would have either already been the action taken that you basically threaten me with if I choose to do it. If that were the case, we could all use the racist N word, and the F word, and all still be here. Some folks get passes. Both were used openly by two separate members, and both were not banned. That tells me certain members are exempt from the rules or at least treated very differently. That's simply how I see it. It is my opinion and I believe I'm entitled to it, and I've not seen anything to indicate that selective enforcement isn't shown.
