I'm simply saying that the First Lady needs to be cognizant of the times in which we live. These are not "high flying" times and she should act accordingly. For God's sake, unemployment is astronomical and sooooooooo many people are suffering because of the economy. She should set a better example instead of jet-setting around the world. Just sayin'.

 

Funny how moen,phd's participation in this thread has gone. First he tries to defend Michelle by pointing out that Laura Bush took a trip overseas during her 8 years as 1st Lady, then he switches & claims it is hypocrisy and then he says the thread is stupid....doesn't this sound like the behavior of a spoiled little child?
