And these are the people who were upset at the cross hairs used by Palin. I guess it really depends on just whose horse is getting gored

That is so bad that I am leery of even putting those terms into a search engine to find other articles on it.

Is Romney being supportive of Obama's presidency? No, I'd say Romney is doing everything in his rather limited capacity to destroy Obama and take his job. I think it goes without saying that Obama's team would go out and do everything they can to character assassinate Romney. However, having said that, I think that they should just sit back and let the rest of the GOP keep character assassinating Romney without any help from the Dems. I fail to see any of this as any kind of revelation.

So if you can say "kill" someone, I guess using cross hairs to designate the targeted districts is the preferred method.

Here is an interesting piece on good old Romney. What they fail to mention in this story is that he also shot back at the crowd that "Corprations are people too". That says it all Mittens!

Rowdy crowd greets Romney at Iowa fair
Deb Price/ Detroit News Washington Bureau
Des Moines — Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney's turn at a political soap box at the Iowa State Fair turned rowdy Thursday when some people interrupted him, chanting, "Wall Street greed," and, "Tax corporations."
Romney stood his ground, turning to the larger audience, some sitting on bales of hay in the hot sun, and asking them whether they agreed the country needed higher taxes.
"We have a group of people here who think we should raise taxes in order to pay for their benefits. How many agree?"
The larger crowd responded, "No, no," and booed the possibility.
The 15-minute presentation demonstrated the tension in the nation over how to go about reducing federal deficits and debt.
Romney repeatedly said he would not raise taxes.

    This story covers Romney's comment...

Romney in shouting match with crowd at Iowa fair
    By PHILIP ELLIOTT, AP
DES MOINES, Iowa — Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney faced a rowdy crowd at the Iowa State Fair Thursday, with people interrupting his answers to chant "Wall Street greed" and him snapping "corporations are people, my friend."
One questioner asked the GOP presidential candidate what he would do to strengthen Social Security. The voter didn't like Romney's pledge not to raise taxes, and interrupted him.
Romney pointed angrily at the crowd and told them to give him a chance to answer. After a minutes-long exchange with Romney and the crowd shouting over each other, Romney said, "If you want to speak, you can. But it's my turn."
Some members in the crowd urged Romney to tax wealthy individuals and corporations to ensure solvency for entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicare.
"There was a time when we didn't go after people for their success," Romney said.
"If you don't like my answer, you can vote for someone else," he added.
As he wrapped up, he joked, "These guys up front won't be voting for me."
Romney hasn't spent as much time in Iowa as other candidates. He visited before the Thursday evening debate in Ames

I guess you have not listened to it, now did you. The "some" of people were a total of one. I wonder if he was one of them that had been ordered to kill Romney. Funny how the liberal media turns everything to their favor.

Again, the same individual and he might have had a single friend.

So you like Romney's comment that "corporations are people my friend"??? I watched the video and it was a lot more than 1 person heckling him and who cares if it was 1 or 501. The point is Romney sees corporations as people and people that aren't going to vote for him as irrelevant Americans. Nice!

Not really. The point is that that BO (Mr. Tone Down Your Rhetoric") wants to "kill Romney". All the liberal media was in such a snit because Palin used cross hairs and has not uttered a peep about "kill Romney".

Here is the part I find interesting as you attribute the term "kill" to Obama himself....

“Unless things change and Obama can run on accomplishments, he will have to kill Romney,” said a prominent Democratic strategist aligned with the White House.

Who exactly is this "prominent" Democratic strategist "aligned" with the White House? If this person was actually what they claim, wouldn't they name him or her? Tell me how prominent and spell out exactly the alignment you are referring to.

Of course you immediately take full stock of your own personal Obama Derangement Syndrome (ODS) and state, "The point is that that BO (Mr. Tone Down Your Rhetoric") wants to "kill Romney". And so predictably at that.

    Too funny! What accomplishments, huh?
BO inherited 5% unemployment from Bush & turned it into nearly 10%....BO inherited a AAA credit rating & turned it into AA+....BO inherited wars on 2 fronts & expanded it to 3.

David do you want me to also bring up the entire economic mess he inhereted again? you know the one you keep dodging when I ask you questions about it, as for the unemployment that was allready climbing when he took over as was the deficit or have you forgoten all the job losses in 2008 along with the rather large bail outs that were enacted prior to his becoming President? he has not expanded the wars to 3 how many combat missions carried out in Iraq recently? the fact of the matter is you Hate your President and take every oppertunity to attack him regardless of who's fault it is
The reality of the situation is you support a party that is more fractured than its opponents and they have no coherant plan in place to tackle Americas problems at least President Obama tried to put into place a measure that would have reduced the deficit by 4 trillion but neither your party nor Moens would support such drastic measures.

Ah! The true liberal shows its face on our Brit. Amongst the plans proposed and passed by a party that is more fractured than its opponents was the cu/cap/balance bill and Coburn bill. Just Coburn's bill had over twice the deficit reduction of BO's bill and over twice the support of BO's bill. I guess that means he is over 4 times the leader of BO, right?

Just a thought....BO proclaimed he knew what our problems were & he promised to make things better. People voted for him based on these pledges. Fast forward to today. Not only have conditions not improved, they are spiraling out of control...getting worse every day. Now, I wonder, is this how things are supposed to be? Maybe in your country this record is acceptable but here it is not. The guy has had 3 1/2 years to turn things around...what do have to show for it?

This is what is so annoying about talking to people like you. I saw the same Right-wing claim about Obama having a 5% unemployment rate when he took office and people like you are so "filtered" by outright lies that you never bother to check out what you are being told. You are so damn intellectually lazy that you want all of your answers fed to you rather than make your own decisions or do any fact checking on your own. You are the typical low-information voter that is enabling this country to be taken by oligarchs. Does this look like 5% to you? Stop being a (Enough OK)!
