Lesson Learned: If you live in Arizona, and you have any problem, calling the police may not be the best thing for your family.
He had some disciplinary problems in the past but nothing that would rise to this level. Duh. You mean he has never murdered anyone before? It would be interesting to know what those disciplinary problems were. Minor stuff? or were they beatings and brutality allegations? It is hard to believe a 9 year veteran of the force goes from minor stuff to murder in one step without warning signs.
WOW! And he did this right in front of a 14 year veteran. I got to know enough cops in Gary, IN back in my "truck stop days" and new a few would rough you up and many carried "throways" but can't recall any of them just up and shooting someone.
This was many months ago. There are prosecuting the cop who shot him. Jack Harris has long retired............
