CNN Hits a New Low, Reports on Porn Star Tweets

    So, here I'm sitting down to have my ham and cheese for lunch and flip on the television to channel 100, CNN, and they're reporting about what some porn star tweeted on Twitter about whether Anthony Weiner should or should not resign. When I heard the talking head on the screen say "Everyone from Presidents to porn stars is advising Weiner to resign" I decided that I'll get my news from somewhere else this lunch hour. NECN is next up.

    I take money that the "pron star" is Ginger Lee. She is one of Weiner's paramours.

    CNN is degrading rapidly as an actual news source. Not the pure moronville that Fox is yet, but it's heading there fast. Did Ruppert buy them now too?

    I'd say CNN has reached a level quite a bit lower than Fox News now. Once you accept that Fox News has an agenda of supporting the Republican Party, most of what they say makes sense (whether it's true or not). OTOH, what exactly is CNN's agenda? To support the investors behind Twitter?

    I can deal with CNN as an entertainment source. I can't with Fox. CNN is ridiculous with the nonsense they focus on, but Fox delivers their brand of BS with anger and hate. They have a clear agenda...to distort and manipulate everything they "report" to be actual truth. CNN presenting their nonsense, is more like Entertainment Tonight. They bring you a host of National Enquirer, gotcha nonsense.

    CNN= Paris Hilton's latest shoe color

    Fox= Democrats suck, we hate them

    MSNBC = Republicans suck, we hate them.

    Not much informative news worthy content that pertinent to anything other than agenda driven spin, rather than actually reporting the "news".

    Honestly, the funniest part of this is the race by a thousand journalists to post the headline "Weiner pulled out" after the resignation.
