I always thought he looked like a used car salesman. Or an ambulance chaser. Not much difference really. But, regardless of how this turns out, if you read what happened, it really exposes well the seedy underbelly of our political system. No, not the illegitimate child. I don;t care in the least about that. But, the sums of money that can be funneled to a candidate under the table. That 2300 or whatever campaign donation limit is a total joke. A farce. "Old Chinese proverb: Use cash, not credit cards."
That dude needs to be put in a cell somewhere with all the rest of the right wing criminals, right next to Bush and Cheney. He deserves all he gets, and probably more.
He's a phony, a liar, a hypocrite, and a thief (all of the default and standard characteristics of the right wing that I so detest.).
TomC, I think you just described all career politicians, not just the righty's. Well, ok, most of them anyways, lefty's are just as guilty. there are still a few good folks on each side of the aisle, but are few and far between.
I'd say very few, and if there are actually any left, the cancer is too far gone to make any difference IMO., like pissing in the ocean. The system, and the corrupt occupants are way beyond fixing. They ARE the system now.
