I had thought someone in an official capacity would need to say we are in a war with a certain country or object(drugs) or emotion(terror) for it to actually be a war. You have posted photos in this thread of dead Libyans. You have no proof that those people were killed by NATO attacks, yet you make an assertion that they were. Please explain the difference!
