Jesse Ventura: Letter to the Ruling Class

Whatever you think of Jesse Ventura, he got this right. I think he says what we are all thinking aside from the lunatic Right fringe anyway. Then again, when you have an ideological narrative running in a loop in your head, thinking doesn't really enter into the equation anyway.

You control our world. You’ve poisoned the air we breathe, contaminated the water we drink, and copyrighted the food we eat. We fight in your wars, die for your causes, and sacrifice our freedoms to protect you. You’ve liquidated our savings, destroyed our middle class, and used our tax dollars to bailout your unending greed. We are slaves to your corporations, zombies to your airwaves, servants to your decadence. You’ve stolen our elections, assassinated our leaders, and abolished our basic rights as human beings. You own our property, shipped away our jobs, and shredded our unions. You’ve profited off of disaster, destabilized our currencies, and raised our cost of living. You’ve monopolized our freedom, stripped away our education, and have almost extinguished our flame. We are hit… we are bleeding… but we ain’t got time to bleed. We will bring the giants to their knees and you will witness our revolution!

Moen1305 & Jesse Ventura = LEFT WING LUNATIC FRINGE

I saw him on Piers on CNN. What a nutcase. His body language during the entire interview was bizarre as was his choice in wardrobe. He promised that he was disappearing from public life to live in Mexico just as soon as he finishes his book tour. That's right, the guy who is so highly critical of the capitalist society of the United States has no problems cashing in on that same capitalism on his way out. Furthermore, he uses his most famous movie line from the Predator in his letter to the ruling class. That letter is nothing more than a publicity stunt in order to boost his book sales.

Such a naive little ideologue you are little Moen. You praise Jesse Ventura and his cause, but is he even for real. Looks like nothing more than a second rate entertainer cashing in to me. After all, wasn't his political career just another stunt to garner publicity to sell one of his books!

I will give him credit for one thing, he made Piers Morgan look like an idiot through most of the interview. He is not dumb, just a phony, a rich phony!

 

I am a Navy veteran who served very close with a Seal Team in Vietnam but was not a member of the team but trained with them. Jessie Ventura's brain is scattered like scrambled eggs and he should retire to a rocking chair on his front porch sipping iced sweet tea and playing with his grandchildren.

I have expressed no support for Ventura either way. He is an oddity and says a lot of things I disagree with but in this case, he nailed it. When did I praise his "cause" and what is that "cause"??? I don't see him as a second rate entertainer either or he'd be on the Republican 2012 presidential train by now.

If you hate people that garner publicity to sell books you must be furious with Gingrich and Huckabee. I wouldn't be too critical of rich phonies if I were you because you won't have anyone to support on the Right for president in 2012.

I'm afraid that his time in combat, the 'rasslin ring & in Hollywood has toasted the poor guy.

When did I say I was voting republican in 2012? I guess you are guilty of what you accuse me of, spin doctor. I have already stated in several threads who is getting my vote.

Andre was never governor. Arnold and Jesse were both governors.
