Force feeding the anorexics

Should the medical profession force-feed anorexics as part of their treatment? I think that if it helps them get better then yes they should.

 

No if they want to die then let them

 

But I do not think they all want to die. I think that they are just so self absorbed with the idea of being thin they do not know any better.
