What do you think Heaven is like?

Anyone care to answer? I think that Heaven will be what you want it to be. I see a light place filled with love by the many family and friends that I have lost. God will be waiting with his arms open for me and welcome me. What do you see?

 

Honestly I have no idea, dont even know if it exists or not same goes for Valhalla but I do have a idea as to which sounds the more appealing

 

In my eyes heaven has to exist. I know that there is a Heaven for those who believe that there is!

 

Why does it have to exist and how do you know it exists ??

 

Because I know that my parents are in Heaven looking down on me. There is a place after life on Earth. For some that may not be heaven, but for me it is.

 

No corporate elite, no "hard right" mega wealthy, and no George Bush?
Seriously...I don't think man has the capability to even begin to perceive or comprehend in any way, what heaven is like. Man's thinking is so limited and ego driven, I doubt there's any room in our heads for something unexplainable. How do you explain infinity? Impossible, yet people that believe they are so incredibly smart that they are able to or that they don't even need to if they can't. Man's mind simply isn't capable of fathoming complexities on the scale required to understand creation. I don't know what heaven is like, but I know it's there. Whether or not I will actually get there is debatable to say the least, but, I hope and aspire to do so someday.
All I know is that if there are any republicans there, I would like have a room several doors down from them (at least), and separate wash facilities. LOL

 

Sorry about your folks Angie but I have to say in reality You hope it exists no one actualy knows one way or the other for sure

 

I know no one knows for sure about Heaven, but I have to believe that one day I will be reunited with my parents.

I do not think so either. I just have to hope that I am right and will one day see the people that brought me into this world.

 

Heaven is right here with my wife and family. It cant get any better than that.

But, seriously, I do tend to agree with your thoughts on Heaven in your post. I don't think it would be people sitting on clouds looking down on us.
