So you are saying they are differnent because you did not expand your comment to include examples. Would you agree that the intent of both comments was to hurt the credibility of the other person?

They let you two geniuses have free reign. I'm generally very careful as to what I post in accordance with the rules.. I generally don't hurl insults until they're thrown at me. Certain folks know no other way to post. I definitely haven't used profanity...something which several members have gotten away with. They're not banned. But if it's that easy...can we ban you and highboy?

 

The corral master explained. Trying to "corral" the poster into what or where it is you want the subject to go. AKA..spin...mislead...distract...etc..

 

I respond in the same manner and with the mirrored courtesy that I am shown. Anytime you want to go a different route, let us all know. I'll be glad to do the same.

 

You state that you are careful to follow the rules while breaking the rules twice in the same post. Calling us geniuses is an insult of another member which is against the rules. We all know that you calling us geniuses is the same as calling a fat guy "slim". Calling me highboy in conjuction with your constant accusations of alcoholism towards me is not only against the rules, it is libelous.

Furthermore, you have no idea what I or any other member has or has not gotten away with. I could have 3 or 4 infractions for all you know. Steve allows every member (all six of us) of this forum a great deal of latitude in our posts. If you start whining about how unfair it is, he will be forced to start enforcing the rules without exception. If he does that, this forum of 6 will soon a forum of 2 or 3. Is that what you want?

Nah, I like it the way it is! Besides, I don't believe you for a second. You want others to believe that you are innocent and only respond when attacked. The truth is that you are just as responsible for the childish namecalling on this forum as everyone else. The only way to be beyond reproach is to not engage in the namecalling at all. Since you have engaged in the name calling, this boils down to a "he started it" argument which is pointless.

Gee...I don't know. "genius" is a complimentary word far as I can tell from it's definition. Libelous? I don't imagine any more than "clown", or "crazy", or and I'm certainly no more insulting than people who post "take your skirt off". I'm for honest debate Sparky, without the name calling nonsense, but, sometimes, hey, if ya can't beat 'em...join 'em.You insult, badger, and insult again. Oh..by the way..I'd love to have the rules evenly enforced. Honesty and all that. I can live within the rules. Can you? If society dictated that rules be enforced to everyone equally and without exception, society itself would be a whole lot better than the sesspool of greed and corruption it has become. But we all know that's not how it works. Society's rules are applied according to how much cash or power an individual can manipulate. I can live without participating or reading the brilliance that is on parade in here. I'll seek out another public forum if need be. Till then....I'm gonna post what I want to post, much of which I believe to be, beneficial to society, even if only a small minority of folks can appreciate it, and most especially....if folks like you are around to distort reality for whatever agenda it is that plagues the unknowning.

You are so dense it is unbelievable. It doesn't matter that you didn't ever explicitly state that you are innocent. There has been no attempt on my part to spin this Tom. You only admit to name calling in retaliation to attacks implying that your actions were justified. In other words, you are innocent. Do you get it? There is substance to most of my posts. When there is not, I am man enough to admit it, and not complain that it got edited, unlike you. The substance of this particular post is that you are the actual spin doctor, not me!

I can see why you are an honored meber of the RNC. You use their famous "they did it too" line. Dense...would that be as in a forest, or the degree of haziness and fog you see daily? I state my observations as I see it too Sparky. IMO, you have a problem with reality..often associated with abuse of something. I state this because it is my opinion.
