The Right Accused Obama Supporters of Worship Now Consider Palin

Given the enthusiasm Sarah Palin is met with by her supporters at all kinds of gatherings, is it fair for the Left to turn the Rights criticism of their support for Obama back on the Right for their worship of Palin who isn't even a candidate for any office?

In other words, why can't the Left simply dismiss the Right as Palin-maniacs that worship her regardless of her real qualities? Do you really see any difference.

 

Is Sarah Palin really ~that~ popular? And I know she is prominent in the media and that leads to a cult of personality (like the President). But is that because she is really that popular with a large percentage of people or is it because she is like a boogeyman, nightmare in the dark that the left can use to energize (scare) their base - like the right uses the President?

Honestly, I live in a religious, conservative, small town area in the southern midwest and I hear Sarah Palin talked about just this side of never. That may be because she is an idiot.

 

An idiot undoubtedly, but the best the right side of the aisle has to offer.

 

The republicans are not using her because she is the best, they use her because she appeals to the majority of the citizens of our country. The majority that are dumb as dirt just like she is. But keep on underestimating your enemy Tom and you will wind up with another Republican President who you can blame for the next terrorist attack.

 

I underestimate nothing when it comes to the right and its' agenda. I will agree though that the right is simply using her for their own deviant purposes. I also agree the majority of citizens are dumb as dirt. How else would would tyranny have risen to such a level as is the case today without the majority of citizens being almost completely ignorant? However...despite those shortcomings...she IS the best the right has to offer. The terrorist attack is inevitable also when the same stupid citizens swallow fables like 911 hook, line and sinker. Just a question of when, where and which plan of mass hysteria they decide to institute on the unsuspecting "Idol" public.

 

What do you do when a Democrat screws you, take solace that he used lube instead of doing you dry like a republican would. You are not a part of the lunatic fringe. You are the lunatic fringe. You hate capitalism, you hate half of the country's citizens, and God knows what else. My question is this: Why do you still live in this country?

 

The country's fine. It's the corporate slime and republican support I have the issues with. When a democrat screws me? I thank God it wasn't a republican cause it woulda been much deeper and harder.

I doubt she is the best they have. She is just the most current cult of personality. Like Edwards was. Or anyone with the last name of Kennedy over the last generation.

I am not sure how her name enters into any political discussion but it does. Hell, in the current sports team politics we have, she just might win something too. Sad, but true. We get the governments we deserve.

 

See it's those generalizations like "half" and "everybody" that gets you Foxwatchers in trouble. You really need to stop trying to show your "superior intellect" and quit trying to get me to create "cut and pastes" for you and Davey. Your atttempts to speak for me and categorize me are weak.

 

Approximately half of the country are Republicans whom you hate and alll of the politicians are screwing you all the time whether you realize it or not. Those generalizations are accurate, generally speaking. I don't watch FOX and have told you this numerous times. Please don't lump me in with David, I am nothing like him. I don't ever try to speak for you; I simply try to get you to speak. Your response contained several attacks against me but did not answer the question. How can the country be fine if you hate half the country and everybody is screwing you?
