9/11 Muslim Terrorists Trial in NYC...

B.O.'s (it smells) decision to try (in a New York City civilian federal court instead of a military tribunal) the admitted mastermind of the September 11, 2001 attacks, the muslim Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, along with four other islamic terrorist suspects.

Gee...What possibly could go wrong?

Attorney General Eric Holder seemed unconcerned at his Senate testimony today, saying, "I'm not scared of what Khalid Sheikh Mohammed has to say at trial and no one else needs to be afraid either."

When the Attorney General was asked when was the last time an enemy combatant captured on foreign soil was tried in a civilian court in the United States?...Holder stumbled all over himself telling the Senate, "I will have to look into that."

Well...the answer is NEVER!! This guy is an idiot!! The only job he should have is impersonating Oprah's former boyfriend Stedman.

These muslim terrorists are criminals. These are soldiers in a war against us. And the rules of war should apply. They are not entitled to the protections that civilians get. This is the application of a political ideology, which is now overcoming what I would regard as common sense. This is Islamic terrorism.

No...not at all...it is giving these muslim animals a forum to fire up their jihadist base in and all around the world.

These muslim terrorists should be taken out in the back and shot and the thought of giving constitutional rights to an enemy combatant captured on foreign soil wearing no uniform (excpet the koran these animals keep with them to guide their actions) is truly insane.

911 was an inside job....hence all the ruckus. With him safely tucked away in Guantanimo- with a socked stuff in his mouth, in effect- no chance of any 911 details being exposed. However here...the criminals get nervous.

 

He'd be D-E-D, DEAD if there was any chance of him spilling 911 details that anyone was worried about.

 

That's one possibility. Another is the government was threatened with "terror" if they killed him...so they just kept him in Cuba, which would work. Look how excited the right is getting with some suggesting "terror" would be caused in NYC if he's even tried in New York.

Here is my fear....if convicted in a civilian court, KSM's attorneys will get the conviction thrown out because the Prez & AG have both been all over the news saying his conviction is a "no-brainer", a done deal. They will appeal on grounds of the trial not being fair & win.

 

Try him for Crimes Against Humanity, Mass murder, and let see any one try to get that overturned the public would go mental LOL but you can not give them the legitimasy of a Millitary court

 

Wait, let me get this right. You claim that the American whistleblowers are eliminated by the government but the Islamic mercenaries were kept alive to prevent a future terrorist attack. If 9/11 was an inside job and the Islamic extremists were not responsible, why would there be any fear of a future attack?

Wouldnt the AG say that in a case like this? Isnt that what DAs say about thier cases in towns and cities all over America? Did you have this ''fear'' with the McVey trial also?

 

I find it hard to believe that, if a government would kill thousands of its own people for whatever reason, it would hesitate one second to kill one Muslim to keep that quiet.

 

One possibility is that the American people are generally clueless to our governments atrocities and don't want to know, and couldn't understand it if they did know. Apparently, that's part of our culture, to ignore the obvious so long as it doesn't personally affect us (or so long as we think it doesn't). So the government does whatever it wants with the approval of the mindless. I would speculate that the Muslims that plan to cause us harm.,are not oblivious to what goes on....hence.,killing a fellow muslim would result in consequences. There are no consequences when screwing over the american people., so long as American Idol is renewed every season.

So killing one Muslim in a jail in Cuba because he knows too much would bring The Wrath...but killing all those Muslims - men, women and children - in Afghanistan and Pakistan doesn't? A little leaky, me thinks.

 

Perhaps it's like the unwritten but understood rule of not killing a "boss". Leaky perhaps., but maybe that would declare "open season" on our leaders.
Clearly George Bush wasn't worried about getting popped while the country was being attacked as he read pet goat stories from an upside down book. Someone obviously knew that he was under no threat in his highly publicized location...that or 911 was going as planned and no need to panic.
