Bought and paid for until someone, or thing changes the rules. Giving up your rights to get what you want will get you a big zero.
Solution or problem ? You can not have the TV & the chips.
You gave up something already . The change you are getting is an absolute hose job.
To get the peace we want we have to be prepared to carry out a war that will make the other side die for their cause.
Sitting on your hands will only work for a little while.
What is going on here, and overseas is a lack of leader ship.
It looks like we have a man who is afraid to make a decision about our future but will spend the entire wealth of a nation on a personal agenda. Obama is running for 2012 as the sun rises.

Perhaps he doesnt take sending young men and women to what could be there deaths so flippantly. Or maybe hes just as scared as much as some in this room are. The guy was voted in, thats it. There was no ballot box stuffing, no pay offs. What has changed for you in the last 10 months since he has been in office? For you personally?

Hopefully not perceived as a rant, but back when he was only a candidate for the job Obama said Afghanistan was the real battlefield, so it was obviously on his radar screen. In reality he has had well over a year to form some judgement on what to do over there.

 

That I would agree on David and it is a fair comment.

 

Whats the rush? We have plenty of soldiers who will get blown up and maimed in due time.

 

Maybe he has decided his blood-lust can be satiated by killing Pakistani children with Predator drones and he doesn't need any more troops in the field?

Somehow I think troops were deployed "conducting corporate business" before Obama took office...I don't know but that's what I heard.

 

I would say that he is following the previous administrations lead on Afghanistan and sitting on his hands, they had from 2001 to do something but treated it as a second class conflict, even though that is were those who actualy attacked America were based, instead they spent there time and resources in Iraq!! lets be honest here a country that had nothing at all to do with the Attack on 9/11
