Was George W Bush a conservative?

    I'd say not at all.
He did nothing to end abortion (that is the main reason most people I know voted for him.)
He brought the Federal government into local education systems
He did nothing to curtail large government (as a matter of fact his "patriot act" encroached to the point of snooping into normal citizen's library records).

Wait a minute, I'm confused now. When we were discussing ObamaScare & I posed a question about what, specifically, Obama was going to do to enact legislation you said it wasn't within the President's scope of power to change, write or introduce legislation. Which is it?
By the way, President Bush did appoint a couple of Supreme Court justices who have histories of being Pro-Life.

Obama is working to introduce sex ed into schools, that will reduce abortions. Anyway Obama never claimed to be conservative.

You didn't answer the point, now did you?
And Obama introducing sex ed? Heck, I had sex ed in school in the 80's...was he responsible for that? Kinda like Al Gore inventing the internet, huh?

GWB and his republican congressional pigs fed at the trough just like the BHO and his democratic congressional pigs that are in office now are feeding. Other than a few social issues, there isn't much substantial difference to the country between the 2 parties as they stand right now.

I've always just kind of thought of him as being born into wealth with no particular intelligence., turned wall street criminal and typical republican war mongerer, safely tucked under daddy's wealth along with daddy's CIA web of corruption and international crime syndicate.

daddy's CIA web of corruption and international crime syndicate: Wow, I don't remember that in the thousand points of light. Care to explain that obviously radical opinion.

The point you so conveniently dodged is this:
In this post you take W to task for, in your opinion, not taking action to ban abortion when in another thread, while defending Obama and his unwillingness to push for specific health care reform meausres, you make the case that it isn't within the President's authority to push legislation.
I just called you on this glaring double standard & asked you to explain it to us. In your first response you ignored it then tried the misdirection...now you are saying "what point". C'mon, feels like I'm having a discussion with the White House.
And to your point, again, about W & abortion. He did appoint 2 SC justices who are considered pro-life. Isn't the SC the real front in the war on whether baby killing is to be justified? What else could W have done?

I am pretty sure daddy was in biz with the bin Ladens

He could have pushed for sex ed in bible belt schools.

You say that as if daddy Bush had anything to do with it. The US supported Bin Laden during the fight against the Soviet Union before daddy Bush was even President. It started in the Carter Administration and is completely understandable given the circumstances of the cold war.

Furthermore, that little stab in no way explains "daddy's CIA web of corruption and international crime syndicate."

No I don't. It IS my opinion of the criminal.
