I was just wondering if anyone came up with a legit news source backing up Beck on this. I know that there are several debunking it. All I am looking for is a link, if you have that please share it (not looking for an argument, just some real facts to base my opinion on, if the Beck story is true I want to know).
Danr, I have a question or two for you. Under Obamacare, do I lose the priviliege to continue carrying my current private insurance. I am happy with my coverage, happy with the cost & happy with the care I receive. Do I lose the freedom to determine my own healthcare needs & solutions? Will I be forced to participate in a program that is worse than the one I selected for me & my family?

It appears there was some hoodwinking by Beck after all. The text did exsist, but not in the format in which he claimed. That is why I posted no comment to my original link, I had not done any investigation at that point.
that screen shot was of "supplierpayments.gov" not cars.gov. Cars.gov is the citizen one supplierpayments.gov seems like the dealer one.
I would guess that the link originally mentioned on the Barry Young show was thru the Beck website. I may have fallen for it. I do know what I saw, that is the text above, but I may have been fooled as to it's source. Shame on you Glen Beck if thats the case. You are the one Dem here who will reason and think for yourself. I saw a thread the other day that stated " DanR is for the plan just to be for it " , or something like that. If you find the original assertion by Beck was indeed true I'd actually be more willing to accept and admit it. You did the digging and reporting. More than I would have. You get a gold star and happy face and I don't hand those out often.
I thought it was BS all along and I didnt even have to do any research. Not taking anything away from any one but, doing what I did and do for a living you get to read people pretty well. I was being kind when I called Beck a doof. But no matter. even if all his viewers were shown that what he did with that computer was BS, they will still watch him and quote him and defend him.

Wow, that hurts my cause, but, my cause is truth, so I guess if Beck is a hoodwinker, we will now adjust our opinions of him and be sceptical in the future. Does he not get that these sort of episodes detract rom your credibility? Why would a person with a national audience risk credibility. I do admit I am a bit let down. Alot let down. There simply is no answer to your question yet. If you are concerned about those things contact your senators and let them know, they are the ones making the bill.
