Geesh, is this guy an idiot or what? David Gregory was asking Summers (Obama's economic guru) about the state of the economy & stimulus package...if you didn't catch it the first time around it is usually re-run on MSBNC during the day. Between his endless "uhhh"s & "ummm"s were more than a few excuses that didn't exactly instill confidence in the way Obama & his minions are handling our economy. He claimed the administration misread how bad the economy was, in part, because they didn't realize businesses were as "scared" as they were (duh, a President just got elected by painting business as the bad guy & vowing to raise their taxes) then he proceeded to say the administration didn't really know how bad the economy was over the winter Obama was the President during the winter!! How could he not have known?? Why didn't he know before spending money we don't have? Summers wouldn't give a straight answer to Gregory's question about Obama's promise that, under his stimulus package, unemployment would level of at 8%...Summers said we should measure the success by how many people were not laid off. What? Summers also promised that Obama would not sign any healthcare proposal that the CBO didn't deem as budget neutral. So where is the money coming from? He also advocated for a Consumer Financial Protection Agency to guard the consumers against things like "sub-prime mortgages". Aren't sub-prime mortgages a result of the liberal belief that everyone was entitled to be a homeowner? Have Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Charlie Rangel & Obama's cronies at Freddie/Fannie (those that aren't in his administration now) been consulted? This is scary stuff, guys. These people are completely clueless as to what the problems are & how to fix them. Simply throwing money at the economy is a pretty risky and wreckless experiment, don't you think?

Seems the middle class " no new tax " promise has been compramised as well....TurboTax Geitner was on George Stepahapoulousousisalous program this morning and refused to rule out tax increases on the lower 95%.... Hey folks, hows that hope and change working for ya? Jive # 5......." No new tax, ANY tax on the lower 95% " We'll let the hoodwinks slide for now. This may be too much for the Obamites to digest.
