You cant be serious. How bout an 80/20 split?(80% for the carrier). How about no charge for inoculations or out patient surgery? 100% pre-natal care. Those are good things. Danr, I dont want the government taking care of me and mine. I can manage on my own. I never thought it was wrong to pay for health care. What think is odd is that in this forum; some folks think its a bad idea because it came from the present President. Had it been a Republican President or a conservative senator. These certain people here wouldve jumped on it like a ***** on nickel night.

 

They are skimming 17% of GDP off of America and they throw you those crumbs and you call that a good thing? That is like calling Hitler a good guy because he treated his dogs well.

If Obama & his partners in crime would simply just put forth their plan & cut out the double-speak & pandering they may have a chance of getting a measure of respect. When he & his partners are all over the media doding straightforward questions and giving multiple answers to others the chance of credibility is greatly diminished.

Sounds like any other health plan. Most put a cap on spending. But you know that. Most put restrictions on mental illness care. But you know that. And I see no phrase ''end of life'' anywhere in this bill. But you know that too. I hope the bill doesnt pass(in case you werent keeping up) But I dont like the BS spewing out in here.

 

I think there are a lot of things that are assumed about this bill, and some things are assumed simply by what obama says, and how he says it

"I'm not gonna kill your grandma", while laughing, in a joking manner, kind of scares me. He also said the "end of life" counseling was for people that wanted it... I don't know necessarily who would want it, but the way it got out to the public the first time, was that he was taking away the elderly's healthcare, and giving them counseling about it!
Many Obama supporters, and even some of the people who write books on stuff like this, say that abortion is constitutional, and that your so called "person hood" doesn't start/stop until a certain age. (Which is ludicrous)
I'll have to do some research on who said this, but it went something like, people are more important when they are 14-50 than any other age, and that kids about 2 years old and younger aren't that important, and that older people aren't that important. Another person was talking about how we should stop people with a gene for mental illnesses to stop "mating", which is also bull. (Once again I will do research on who said these this)
I think that is what scares me, OBAMA surrounds himself with people, who say the same thing, and OBAMA may not just come out and say it, he may hide it in his wordings, or may never say it.

But, I still don't trust OBAMA with my healthcare, don't trust him with anything really.

 

I think there is alot of assuming going on. But that doesnt make it so. And sir, I dont think its necessary for you to state you dont trust Obama. The far right wing tag says that.
