Steve, In Hondurus, the constitution states 2 term max, like ours. He was attempting to lose the constitution and install himself as a dictator. The army was enforcing the constitution, as any army should. Yep, Obama and Chaves and Castro all agree. He is just fine doing that, he is more powerful than the constitution. They all agree that a constitution means zero. A bit odd?
