I dislike her because she calls the Iraqi war a 'holy war', I dont like religious crusaders. and her general stances on many issue are contrary to my own. I dont think of myself as a lefty but the reason why lefties dislike her are for the same reasons the ultra right love her...her hyperbole belongs on AM talk radio.

      As for "Holy War" comment...

Why are you against the Crusades? They were a response to muslim animals attacking Christians as they made their way to the Holy Lands. Since these muslim attacks were getting out of hand, the Crusades were a call to action to deal against these muslims and their actions of forced conversion, taxing, enslavement and death (per the Koran).

It is in all of the history books...you should try reading up on it.

Have to say that I agree with her on a number of those issues but there are contradictions and this to me is the most glaring

Firm believer in free market capitalism. (Nov 2006)

Control spending by request if possible; by veto if needed. (Sep 2008) I am assuming that here she is talking about goverment spending and not by private firms? but even so reduced public spending has a tremendouse nock on effect into the private sector.

I am also glad to see that she and President Obama are singing from the same song sheet when it comes to the Israel/Palestine issue, that is precisly what he said in Cairo and was called a Appeaser for doing so.

Two-state solution for Israel/Palestine is a top priority. (Oct 2008)

In England they have a word for her which is used quite often for both sexes. But here in the states it is the worst thing you can call a female.

Looks like she has no respect for the flag. This is a violation of the "flag code".

Typical left responses...craig calls her a name and danr posts a pic.found on the internet...nothing of substance

Actually, this pic of Obamas buddy and mentor is disrespectful, at least Palin has it draped over a chair. The flag code is it should never touch the ground, let alone be stood on.

This was Ayers in the magazine article " guilty as hell, free as a bird " after winning on a technicality after killing folks with bombs.

Hmm. Nothing of substance. Just like Palin. But wait. You never produced that proof that the libs hate Palin's daughter because she didnt have an abortion. Typical conservative BS. I'm not a lib, bud. But I stand by what I posted. Ive seen women like her before. Smiling on one side of her face. Anyone could make the trailer park come out of her in less than five minutes. Her posture and demeanor show a false front. Poor McCain; he wanted June Cleaver with a Browning. What they got was Rosanne Barr without the wieght.

Craig, you make this so easy I'll have to start charging you tuition.

Can you think of anything of substance besides " trailer park " and looks to knock her?

Can you bash her leadership? Any faults as govorner ( do not forget she beat 14 of 14 ethics charges ) ?

For one expecting substance, I see very little of it in your comments. On any thread.

    Picture Crap

I'd like to thank everyone here that has posted pictures of Conservatives and Libs alike. Yep, we are ALL like what the OTHER guy doesn't like.

Have I been guilty of this myself? Yep, I won't deny it
Let's face it folks we're a pretty small group here and we all have strong opinions. Based on this I know that EVERY thread is most likely read by the "regulars" when it comes up.

The sources for my little rant are two threads I recently started.

    First there was this one:

    http://www.prweforum.com/showthread.php?t=28705

    and then this one:

    http://www.prweforum.com/showthread.php?t=28715

Perhaps the only response to this one says it all.

Now I don't reply to every thread myself. Some are just too messy and biased but DO make for good reading. Oh yeah, I read them just like y'all do.

Others I won't comment on because I may not be too well read on the subject or have made my opinion known too many times before.

I felt the two threads I started were pretty simple to answer actually. Yet very few responded and most of the responses were nothing but garbage. Kind of like what I'm seeing in this thread.

So what is the next thread I start that no one will answer because it makes them actually think?

I'm done for now. Sorry DanR, didn't mean to hijack the thread but the same ole crap is getting old. I want to know WHY people keep repeating it and won't answer "simple" questions.

We cannot think outside the box untill we learn to be thinkers. That was not a direct hit, Clembo, but a generalization. Nobody here can accuse me of wearing a repo nosering. If you do, I can prove you wrong.

LMAO!! Yeah, Danr. That was so offensive to the flag I'm just shaking with anger. LOL What a way to grab at straws.

You do realize that the side you support are all the pictures that followed yours correct? It still amazes me to this day that you guys are able to make excuses for all the baggage that came with Obama. Including him standing there with his hands folded, and his main buddies Ayers and the reverend Wright.

David, you are correct. I don't understand where the hatred towards Palin comes from either. All I can think of is that it's penned up frustration with Bush. The left-wing kooks finally win an election (country be damned) and get their guy in and it's like Palin is a defeated, captured enemy combatant after the election, that they've decided to take their frustrations out on and beat to a pulp.

Who cares what they say? This is a non-issue to me.

Hmmm. Then you wouldn't fit in with Obama's click. Sounds like you have some soul searching to do.
