Well I think I can say yes I have lived outside of the UK and yes I have recieved terrorist briefings and have lived with the expectation of terrorism on a daily basis, experiancing it 1st hand and 2nd hand on a number of occasions from the 1970's till today, did I hear about torture 20 years ago? well yes amd before that I distinctly remember certain Americans been up in arms because we made Irish Terrorists stand against a wall with a hood on listning to loud noise!! we deprived them of sleep but that was Torture, never mind that these people were trying to kill innocents. Harry you ever come close to drowning? well take it from someone who has it is not pleasent and waterboarding is not dripping water on to your face LOL Little experiment for you, place a wet face cloth over your nose and mouth and get someone to actualy just drip water (Note drip not pore) on to it when you are in a reclined position.
