Well at least the merchandise fervor stimulated the tacky side of the economy a bit. The seemliest side of the economy would have benefited from a Clinton election last year. Remember the George Bush GI Joe dolls from when he proudly proclaimed "Mission Accomplished" on the aircraft carrier - in his little flight suit?

We have modern day tacky to replace tacky of old, stuff like Obama coins etc. JFK needed that rocking chair to recover from all his extracurricular amorous romps.
