Nice. Should we start a pool on who will be the next cabinet member? http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aL0GGUluJeT8&refer=worldwide
I think we should start a pool just on which politician will be next. It is pretty obvious our entire political system needs a good sweeping. I doubt this will be the last investigation to come about because of the finacial fraud that led the the economic collapse. But, a real sweeping will never happen because too many people just base their vote on is whether there is a (D) or an (R) before or after someone's name on a ballot.
I just figured there were too many general politicians, thought there would be better odds of someone winning if we kept it to a small bunch. But, you are right, it's definitely not any different from one party to the other.
Very true and unfortunate. I have never voted on partisan lines, I am not much of a political party person though. I believe that the parties as they exist in our current system are more of a hindrance to originality and honesty in the national politic than an assistance to it.
Here, here. Bring back the whigs and the know-nothings. (know-nothingers?). Ha! I'd be a great asset to that party.
Looking around at what has been happening with the economy and the country, I think know nothings are already well established in power.
