It appears that he may not have ever been convicted of a crime. Imagine that!!!

The case was tossed because the FBI screwed with evidence or something, however, he did admit to the bombings. I have ordered all of his books, just to learn about the guy, they are not here yet tho.

No doubt he was involved with the bombing that left one of his cronies dead. but like AJ wrote. The Feds bungled the case. so legally; not guilty.

Yup. Let's get this straight. Legally, not convicted so legally not guilty! That's all that matters to Danr. It means nothing morally because none of us should have any morals!

Every criminal down to the worst piece of scum who got off because the police botched the case or because there wasn't enough evidence, or won the case and admitted it later........they're the same as us guys! They're good people because the system didn't convict them, even if they admitted to it. They're still good quality citizens.

You do realize HE HAS ADMITTED TO THE CRIMES, don't you? His defense? "Well, our motives weren't really to injure or kill people, just to destroy symbols of that which we opposed (the United States)".

I had a law professor once who started the class by saying: "An outcome can be right in three ways- legally, morally or ethically...in my class we will only be concerned with legally.
This post just made me remember that one.

Oooooh, oooooh, that's right. You got me! He was just the leader of people who killed people! Including but not limited to giving information to an FBI informant working in Detroit (conspiring) on how to prepare bombs with shrapnel in order to kill innocent people at a restaurant. Then telling him that sometimes innocent people have to die for a cause. I wonder what your view would be if you were wounded by some of the shrapnel from his bombs.

If you're THAT into free speech than I hope your next post is strongly denouncing the fairness doctrine. Prove that you're not a hypocrite. Since we already know you're morally corrupt.

In Ayers interview on GMA he admitted he was asked to host a tea for Obama in order to introduce him into local Chicago politics!!!

2 points here. 1 so what, Ayers is a respected college prof with strong anti Vietnam war credentials 2 Obama has attended hundreds of similar functions to be intro-ed to different communities.

The Ayers story was not political bs when Hillary brought it up nor was it political bs when McCain/Palin brought it up.

Obama's 'relationships' with people like Wright and Ayers may rival the Bush/Cheney 'relationships' in damage to the country when all is said and done. Or they may not. Too early to tell one way or the other but I think only a fool would dismiss them altogether.

You may respect him but I don't.
So Obama has bowed at the alter of hundreds of people like Ayers? I don't think you are making this better!!

You won because I'm pissed about your ignorance? Do you have your parent's permission to be on the computer right now?

On the contrary, I think you've lost every argument on this forum badly while also losing credibility as someone to be taken seriously.
