He's probably regretting that quick decision on Chief of Staff now that Sarah is available.

I think Obama should appoint Palin as Ambassador to Russia. She can communicate with them with a couple of cans and string, or how about smoke signals, since she can see them from her house.

    Ribbit :D

That proximity to Russia alone makes her more qualified that Obama!!

I doubt there will be any room left for Palin in an Obama administration due simply to the fact that he has so many political favors to repay. He has to find room for all the left wingers he is indebted to.

Are you mad that she is more of a man than you?

It occurs to me that you like to make fun of any famous Republican. However, I bet you don't have the courage to ever make comparisons. Why don't you compare Ann Coulter's academic background to that of your boy David Ray Griffin since you think he is such a scholar.

In case you are too scared to look, she has a BA (History) from Cornell and a J.D. from the University Of Michigan Law School.

You know what I would like! To see you debate her on any subject. She would tear you apart.

Careful. You are treading in dangerous waters. I think questioning someone's gender preference is now a hate crime.

No. It's just mindless childishness. This is what leftwing extremists ban together and do on forums. If they had to stick to facts, issues, real events, etc... they're toast. Most realize that and as you can see by the lack of regular contributors here, choose to stay out of the fray.

When you ignore it all and stay in a bubble, you're always right. I myself like to be challenged. It makes me think and question what's right and wrong. I give people a chance, and sometimes they can change my mind.

But half the stuff posted here, you may as well go read the sesame street forum, FWIW. Name calling and personal attacks on well known people....

BTW, it's not an honor anymore. It's a duty! Have you ever watched the Emanuel community service interview? Ever noticed the NFL commercials for "United We Serve". No longer United We Stand. (It has to mean 'good'. It's for the kids after all!!) They always seem to be testing the waters to see how much they can get away with. What subliminal messages will pass and what will not. People are pretty stupid now. I think they could pretty safely ratchet it up a notch.

And yet I heard her say people like FDR and Jimmy Carter wrent/arent patriotic. that only republicans are true patriots. So I guess you can have all the degrees and titles you want and still be an idiot.

I really don't care about name calling. It is juvenile but it makes you feel better sometimes to call someone an idiot. Personally, I think it is honest. However, when you have no credentials (like Tom) and you belittle those with credentials (like Ann Coulter) it makes the name caller look like, well, a clown.;)

She is not an idiot, she is an extremist. It is nearly impossible to tell the difference between the two. Having said that, I bet she has well articulated reasons for why she believes that FDR and Carter were not patriotic despite the apparent lunacy of her argument.

Sometimes you have to try to relate to childlike minds in a childish way.

I dont know what kind of reasoning that is. Rasputin was articulate. Only idiots make idiotic statements. Regardless of thier education.

Idiocy or Marketing. It can be hard to tell the difference in the media. Of course, one should never rule out the possibility of both being at play.

Personally, I think of all of these types of people (pundits, commentators, talking heads, etc) as entertainers rather than intellectuals.
