Whats wrong with unions? No I dont belong to one. Unions helped alot of people out of poverty. Do you think big companys like auto makers would pay someone a decent wage out of the goodness of thier hearts? Big corporations only do the right thing when they are forced to. Believe it. And what about taxes? Should there be none? I dont think paying taxes to live in a country like this is such a bad thing. And if it can help some down-and-outer too, then so be it. I believe we are our ''brother's keeper''. As for regulatory policies..well look whats happening because of de-regulation of wall street. It seems to me that you have the chip. I like living here. Its not always great. But what is? But I vote for something I think will be better than the norm. Not because I dont like where someone went to school or I dont like his tie. Why odd? Maybe YOU should be making more. Why should being a janitor require only minimum wage? When was back in the day? I dont think 20k is alot for a car. I guess a janitor is beneath you. Do you really think if some mop jockey was paid five bucks per hour GM would pass the savings on to you? Do you think if a never ending flow of oil was found in your state, one that would never run dry ever. Do you really think oil companys that make a profit of 10 million dollars per hour after all is said and done that they would lower the price of oil to .32 cents a gallon?
