Senator John McCain has said that he would have Democrats in his cabinet if he became President, Personaly I think this is quite a brave move on the Senators part any views from you guy's? http://www.timesleader.com/news/McCain__Cabinet_would_have_Dems_09-07-2008.html
Bush started out the same way not only with tradional cabinet positions but with other high profile positions like the head of the CIA but the olive branch that he extended was used to whip him. The leadership of the democrat party cares less about the nation working together unlike in the near past where members of both partys put party membership aside when working on the most importent issues like national security, civil rights, etc....
I would not be surprised to see Lieberman get something as he was seriously considered for the VP slot. He is a former Democrat, now 'Independant', who still votes with them.
I like Lieberman but I really would like to see young blood that has no political ties at all be taken in from the private sector. But first things first and lets see who wins.
