I am torn here. Perhaps to the gang here this is nothing but a fun topic, but I am kinda devastated. I feel " played" .

My comment to " the couple"

OK going to put this in the open forum for all to read.
Anyone want to tell me what I have done wrong here? two pepole who happen to be husband and wife come on the forum and I get blasted for not giving out there true Id's? Oh and they are not the first Husband & wife team either and I never gave out there Id's either. One member asked for his Id to be changed as it was giving out his full real name, I arranged that without telling anyone was that wrong?
The two members in question have as much right to annonimity as any other member of this forum.

I have no problem with a husband and wife team and being conservative I do not want to join them but rather think that it promotes family values of doing things together and if De Orc does join converstations on another name, big deal-why can't he join the fun as long as he does the fine job that he is doing under his administrator name which is primary making sure no one cross the line and has nothing to do with personal viewpoints.

What the hell is a husband and wife "team" on a freakin' forum, and how is the existence of such a non-thing a disadvantage to myself or others?
Will I be crushed by their consensus?
Will one distract me while the other broadsides me?
Will one sit on the other's shoulders while typing?

I say bring everyone you know to the debates. Wheeeeee..

I dont care about a husband and wife 'team' though its a bit pathetic if that is indeed how they are approaching any debate on this forum...as a team. With a built in cheerleader and back-up...

The thing I mind more is changing a persons screen name without letting others know. There are a few...like JWEVANS, MIDAS or those like them that I would want to know if they changed names...because I want to avoid interacting with them...I dont think they (or anyone) deserve a do over with a new name though I would think I could recognize these guys over the top inflammatory rhetoric....I think we should be allowed to know who changes a name or even who attempts to smurf. I think we deserve to know who we have interacted with under what names.

ah this was a case of a member having his full real name up as he did on the coin forum and thought that was not wise here LOL

Honestly, niether do I, but we can only go on what little facts I believe are part of the full story. (not saying anything against you De Orc, lol, but it seems there is more here that I'm missing?)

Midas that was the perfect screen name for someone who collected ancient or gold coins. I remember him from a few websites over the years. Liked the fellow.

As for screen names I have been gone for awhile and decided that since Resurrection is the thirteenth principle or techiat hameitim - revival of the dead, for those not versed on the matter, I decided to come back as Isa which translated is Jesus. Ahmen

and even the athesists will feel god's love if they lived a life worth living. Ahmen

I am sure its a common screen name...the one here is clinically insane. So what did you go by before?

Oh...and Phoenix, I was just messin around...pretending to throw insults and then using red to make it seem like they were edited by a moderator like was done in the Chicken thread...or any thread aiden posts to :)

I should tell you but I like coming back as Isa/Jesus. Its like a hindu thing where if you good in one life you come back as something better in another life. So now I have this christian hindu thing going on and it is making me feel very pious.
