Always the Racist Card.... all members of the Ideology Of Division pull it out of their azz as if it is a Chanel No. 5 weapon, when they have no logical retort, not to mention when they do so, it is an example of what they accuse others of committing: assaulting the the Free Speech of another.

OK, you consider his "straight up " use of speech via his Post Racist. THAT, DUMAZZ, IS BEING RACIST.

    Jesus, your.....

    Truth in editing:

I needed a few moments to carefully consider a proper description of your Post, before completing my opinion.

I have done so. Here it is:

"......ignorant antidisestablishmentarianism against the assault of Defense of the Constitution makes you a useful idiot for those that want the disestablishment of the United States.".

Thank you for your patience, while I completed my opinion.

I wanted to be certain to keep the words within the boundaries of FREE SPEECH.

    PS: HOW DID I DO?

Khalil is not an American citizen. The First Amendment protects the free speech for American citizens.

Khalil has wantonly paraded around our campuses and cities decrying the existence of Isreal. Chanting their rallying slogan 'from the river to the sea'. Which means, in case you're unaware, not only the abolishment of the state of Israel, but the genocide of Jews everywhere.

Khalil is in OUR country on a student visa. His rights as an American citizen end where his citizenship begins. And that ain't here.

Khalil is in OUR country as a visitor while tormenting and threatening Jewish students, and promoting hatred of the US government for supporting Israel.

Khalil has rights as a human being, nothing more. Those human rights are his right to go back to his home country and protest there. Not here.

Khalil is a 31 year old 'college student' who seems to be on one mission, to spread his hatred in America. If this country is so terrible, GTFO and go piss on the third rail somewhere.

How quickly we forget and dismiss Adams and Jefferson as POTUS both using the British-Born Law of Sedition against Speech.

I think it’s hilarious when liberals try to defend free speech.

Where are they when people are exercising their right to free speech while holding signs outside abortion clinics?

Where were they when Biden created the Disinformation Governance Board which was one of the most egregious affronts to free speech in 250 years?

Where are they when their fellow liberals try to shut down so-called “hate speech” (a type of speech that doesn’t actually exist, but if it did, would be fully guaranteed by our Constitution)?

Where were they when Biden coerced social media platforms to censor speech of conservatives?

Where were they when Biden’s Justice Department tried to limit the free speech of Catholics in their own houses of worship under the guise of labeling them as domestic terrorists?

The list goes on… but, you get the idea.

Liberals are the worst abusers of the ideal of freedom of speech in America since King George.

Here’s some news for you, liberals: Freedom of speech also applies to speech you MAY NOT like. In fact, it ESPECIALLY applies to speech you MAY NOT like.

That line has been tip-toed across numerous times this past decade, IMHO.

In fact, every POTUS, inclusive of Washington, has used it as the basis of Executive Orders and decisions.

    Every one of them.

Yes, why compare him to Bin Laden? It has everything to do with the color of his skin.

Please, show me an example of Khalil epsousing violence a la Bin Laden.

You have no idea what you're talking about. He's not a student, he'd already graduated.

Genuinely curious which impeachment you're referring to.

1st one was for withholding aid to Ukraine for personal political gain.

2nd was incitement of insurrection. It's well established yelling "fire" in a movie theater isn't protected speech, his actuons led to riots in the capitol.

That's categorically wrong. The first amendment protects all people within the United States, citizens or not. It's not about rights of citizens, it's about limits on and persecution for speech from the government being wrong.

Yes! So may I assume from this you actually side with Khalil?

There are limitations on the freedom of speech for US citizens, and certainly for student visa holders. If a student visa resident engages in unlawful incitement of violence it is enough to have their visa revoked and consequently deportation.

I agree with what you're saying, it's just that none of it applies to this case.

You have no idea what you are talking about.

Khalil received his green card in 2024. With that revoked, he'd have to leave the country, except for the fact that he holds a student Visa to attend Columbia. He completed work on his master's degree in December 2024 and was supposed to graduate two months from now, in May 2025. The student Visa would provide him an avenue to remain stateside for as long as 60 days past graduation.

The student Visa must also be revoked.

One need only read the CUAD manifesto to determine how loving and all inclusive the man is….. NOT

Prove he had a student VISA. Because there's nonevidence he had one, he didn't need one and he/his wife/his lawyer say there wasn't one. Although this is a really pedantic hill for you to die on so I don't really care if you prefer not to continue.

As you point out, yelling "fire" in a theatre isn't protected speech but as you may also know, President Trump did nothing of the sort.

To back up my claim, the Senate adjudicated President Trump "not guilty".
