What exactly would you take as proof? They haven't released charges or a warrant. The wife and lawyer were not shown a warrant and the government is yet to produce one.

 

Clearly, the arrest began before the video began.

The wife said she was not shown a warrant? Who is to say Khalil was not shown a warrant before the video started?

Is the wife not the same person who failed to mention "Immigration Custody" to the lawyer?

As far as I can tell you have no basis for your claims.

Furthermore, ICE requires no warrant to detain an undocumented person in public. If Khalil was unable to present his green card at the time he was confronted, ICE did the right thing by taking him in and informing his wife where he will be held.

 

The lawyer is saying they can't get it from the governent. Per the lawyer, the government initially claimed they had a warrant to revoke Khalil's VISA. They ultimately hung up on her after an exchange about how that makes no sense because he doesn't have a VISA, he has a green card.

Funny thing, was he actually held where they said they were going?

 

Would you point us to a recording of that call? Unedited would be nice.

This is true, and a preferred alternative for The People.

 

In the 1970’s the Fed did all they could to have John Lennon deported then put up as many barriers as possible to prevent him obtaining a green card. Fortunately Lennon had very deep pockets and was able to persevere so that today we can look back on it and laugh at the absurdity of it all. The man triumphed peace in all he did. Conversely, Khalili does not stand for peace. Leave him be and we will read his name in the papers down the road flying airplanes into buildings or driving bomb laden vehicles into crowds….. Again, the left is on the wrong side and I am not surprised. We are witnessing the self destruction of a major political party party.

Evidently, the lawyer was telling only half of the story . . . Pretty much as should be expected. Both Khalil’s green card and student Visa are being revoked.

He doesn't have a Visa, he doesn't need one as a permanent resident.

He no longer is a permanent resident . . . his green card has been revoked.

His student Visa therefore needs to be revoked as well, so that he cannot fall back on that for temporary residency.
