I mean if modern medicine didn't exist sure... You choose not to live off the grid and are thus exposed to countless carcinogens on a daily basis from modern technology. I suppose you'll avoid chemotherapy when the time comes because you've already chose to live in conditions that can cause cancer. I don't actually think that of course, just pointing out how weird it is when right wingers become conveniently puritanical towards modern medicine.
I get the point you are trying to make, but if I get cancer and opt for chemo, that doesn’t take the life of another. Furthermore, I don’t view elective abortion as any more necessary of a medicinal treatment than a nose job or hair plugs.
I have what can best be described as a useless opinion on the Subject. Within the last hour, a fellow screwed another fellow. The other fellow will most likely opt for aborting his plans, but still seek medicinal treatment which, strangely, the guy that screwed him urged him to seek a long time ago and everybody thought he was crazy for suggesting. Medicinal treatment that is too late, is the same as aborting the life of the clueless. So......
Anyway, these various Whataboutisms being presented in reply by Professor Wadidyasay, to the various healthcare comments by members, should be considered as moot, because the CIC has clearly stated we beat Medicare.
Isn’t it wonderful? We FINALLY beat Medicare!! I didn’t know we were battling Medicare, but whatever.
Well fellows….. That sorta pisses me off. I just applied for Medicare today…. And danged if you aren’t right. We beat the Sam Hill out of it.
