The judge clarified it didn't meet the narrow definition of rape in NY, but the jury had ample evidence of assault and molestation. Notice how I never said the word "rape" in this thread. Neither did Biden.

As I'm sure you know the exact date is not established as it happened nearly 3 decades ago. As I'm sure you also know, the jury found the exact date immaterial to their verdict in the face of the other evidence.
