5th Circuit Court rules against the Administration

Any INFORMED AMERICAN knew that the Biden Administration conspired with the media to swash free speech on social platforms before the election. A late but correct ruling. Hopefully the Justice Dept. will suffer the same fate for protecting the Biden Crime Family before and after the election.

Think about it. If Musk had not bought Twitter and exposed its corruption, the Biden Crime Family would not be exposed. Hunter would be a rich man and not under investigation or charged with anything. COVID would have been over sooner because the doctors all over the world using well known drugs that worked (like on Trump) WOULD HAVE BEEN HEARD! And wait for it...

This ruling would never have happened and ALL OF US would have remained DUMB AS A ROCK painted with a smiley face!

Man, I hate how democrats and liberals try to trample on our rights. The stupid moronic governor of New Mexico has suspended the Second Amendment in certain parts of NM saying that our constitutional rights are "not absolute".

BULLSHIT!

Our constitution was created in order to guarantee our rights, among them the right to bear arms. It's long past time for these stinking liberals to understand that they can't pick and choose which rights to guarantee and which rights to ignore.

Honestly, they can hate our rights as much as they want, but they have absolutely no right to infringe on them because we have a government instituted in order to guarantee them. The federal judge said Lujan Grisham's executive order is a 'violation of a constitutional right'

A federal judge in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has issued a temporary restraining order blocking key parts of Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s executive order suspending open and concealed carry across Albuquerque and the surrounding Bernalillo County for at least 30 days.

U.S. District Court Judge David Urias issued the order on Wednesday, blocking the portion of the order that prohibits lawful gun owners from carrying their guns in public for 30 days, ruling that it's not enforceable.

"The violation of a constitutional right, even for minimal periods of time, unquestionably constitutes irreparable injury," Urias said during the hearing.

The temporary restraining order will remain in effect until at least Oct. 3, when the next hearing is scheduled.

Lujan Grisham on Thursday announced that she needed to respond to recent gun-related deaths, which include an 11-year-old boy who was shot and killed while outside a minor league baseball stadium. Six different lawsuits were filed against the executive order.

Urias was appointed by President Biden.

The suspension of open and concealed carry in the defined area was classified as an emergency public health order.

Just about every shooter was a person off of their medication. There are laws that people ever prescribed those medications can not buy a gun. However, the HIPAA law made it illegal to have people on those medications listed as such so they get through the background checks.
