These over educated lefties love to go on about us backwoods southern rednecks….. Look at how all they are all now gushing over this compromised Fulton county DA….. If she were prosecuting a Biden tonight every one of the talking heads would be going on about the backwoods redneck DA… I feel like I am in a Soviet state tonight. We don’t like our political opponents so let’s lock em up while those in the mansion on the hill enjoy their ill gotten gains. What a sad day for our nation.

It would be crazy if the Fulton DA charged Biden with something as things stand, but it wouldn't be outrageous if Biden had committed crimes.

 

You’re right, it wouldn’t be outrageous if biden had committed crimes. In fact, it’s looking like it’s highly likely. However, indicting a sitting president is another matter. However, once biden leaves office, the gloves are off. That’s why I say what goes around comes around. I doubt that Donald Trump is going to be the only president with a mugshot. I suspect those mugshots of other presidents will be fairly soon, too. Along with a certain former Secretary of State I have in mind and others who have committed crimes.

 

Totally disagree, being a president doesn't make him above the law. Have at him.

 

Certainly puts a new spin on the old phrase Trumped-up charges. That was one heck of a circus at the Fulton County Jail. I kinda wish Trump hadn't posted bail. A part of me hated to see the show leave town so soon.

 

The only illogical logic I question in this Thread is the use of the words "...only when they commit crimes...", or "...have committed crimes...", or similar phrasing that suggests final adjudication.

The persons that use this method of conveyance of their opinion would be a bit more effective in the delivery of their position, concerning the fait accompli of their vernacular, if for a moment, consideration of the U.S. Constitution is applied.

I consider that the crime has been proven as committed when adjudicated by the highest Court of our U.S. Federal Republic, in accordance with the requirements and the Legal Rights of the accused in accordance with the U.S. Constitution.

Until then, no crime has been committed.

If you actually knew the law, or at least listened to folks who do know the law and discuss all Trump has been charged with, you might be able to post intelligently about this historical farce. As I wrote before, when the smoke clears, THE ONLY VALID CHARGE he will be convicted of is tampering with evidence. Having the documents was no crime. Moving them was. It is sort of like destroying Emails, cell phones, and hard drives under investigation by Congress.

I didn’t say that it did or didn’t. Indicting a sitting president is “another matter” which the DOJ has previously given opinions. Now, once biden is out of office, he’s fair game just like what they’re trying to do to Trump. The democrats have begun a dangerous game that does not bode well for them in the future.

 

That's the heck of it all to me..... Do they not realize the Pandora's box that they have opened upon themselves? There won't be a crooked Democrat in DC that won't be under investigation once this tide turns.

 

Exactly. Once Republicans take back control, I wouldn’t doubt that biden, Obama, Billary, Comey and a horde of democrats won’t be indicted for crimes. Maybe even going back to Jimmy Carter! Why not? It’s the new way of trying to shut people down!

If they run against you, indict them! If they speak out against you, indict them! If they’re associated with your enemy, indict them!

It’s like when Harry Reid initiated the nuclear option to keep Republicans from putting forth judges. Well, when Republicans gained power, they used the nuclear option for the Supreme Court. How did THAT work out for them? Everything that goes around comes around.
