Does my patriotism offend you in some way? I thought that you said that these insurrectionists were crazies in no uncertain terms? I agree. I also think that those folks that defend these insurrectionist are either outright participants in the event or sympathizers and supporters which is just as bad. These maggots on democracy need to be called out, named, prosecuted, and locked away. Their supporters and excuse making losers need to be told to shut the hell up. That's what my patriotism to this country says to me. I'm not sure I recognize the kind of patriotism being defended here as anything resembling patriotism. Every election prior to this one was resolved peacefully until Trump thugs decided that democracy doesn't work for them. Benedict Arnold has nothing on Trump and his thugs.

I have no more love for the January 6th protestors than I do for the BLM thugs. What I do not rationalize in my mind is why throwing jabs at anyone that deviates from your position is beneficial to anything. Do you want your headstone to read, "Here lies Joe who belittled his opposition into submission"?

 

Looks like, not dissimilar to most other extreme liberals, his value system is extremely compromised.

To be reviewing the posts of others and posting responses when he should have been diligently working on his employer’s behalf, well-supports the notion that he likes taking an honest day’s pay without giving an honest day’s work in return. I have words for that sort of behavior.

The Constitution allows you, and supports your Right, to do so.

No, I do not think your particular hateful Ideology of Division is Patriotism, and I do find your lack of intellectual ability to discuss the subject without condescension or belittlement or hate, and your adamant unwillingness to consider any opinion that is not in alignment with your Ideology, the opposite of Patriotism.

It is best described as a deliberate tool of willful ignorance, that you use to justify your hateful Ideology of Division.
