No, Little Joe, we have not. We have had State Police Powers , and State laws. There is not any Federal Law or Federal Police Powers Act concerning Vaccines. 14 States have already enacted CV19 related laws barring employer vaccine mandates, school mandates and vaccine passports. There are NO laws that allow the Federal Government to issue a vaccine mandate, except for military members and immigrants requesting permanent residency status. To be fair, though, it was ruled the government could, under certain circumstances, pass a law requiring a $5 Fine, though, which has the same outcome....the government can not force a person to be inoculated. The vaccinated are already protected. The mandates are aimed at the unvaccinated because they pose the biggest health risk to the rest of the population. You know, the unvaccinated children, health care workers, first responders, immunocompromised, people that need emergency surgeries, pregnant women. If you haven't heard about this at this point, you are just not paying attention. Willful ignorance is a dumb excuse.
