They should pay Zero under any circumstance. Aside from that, the only reason corporations don't pay tax is because corporations are deploying their resource how their "progressive" overlords tell them to. Take away government manipulation of business and we'll all be happy.

Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution gives Congress the power to "lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States. This is also referred to as the "Taxing and Spending Clause."

So NOW you are against the Constitution? I wish that you would either be a for or against the Constitution instead of both.

When you mail out 22 million ballots willy-nilly with not way to prove that the person filling out the ballot is the person whose name is on the ballot...AND they are a legal citizen of the State of California. Without that, it's impossible to call this or any similar election..."legitimate".

You seem to completely ignore that all mail-in ballots are checked and verified. Mail-in ballots were never contested when Republicans used them in greater numbers than Democrats but now of course, the same system is completely fraud ridden for some reason. Could it be the Republican's dwindling numbers? It's simply impossible to for Republicans to accept the results of any election they lose. You notice how they never concede anymore? Cowards and sore losers.

    Little Joe, little Joe.......
Sigh.....BS. The entire silly post and all "facts" that you state. All you have to do to be dissauded from you ignorance is review the FBI statistics.
You love to instigate, though, and keep up your schtick, to build up your sexual gratification needs.

Any sign of the Reddit Army, yet? Did you find that DD-214?

There are too many loose ends Democrats haven't addressed. I need some proof that proper controls are in place and being monitored fairly. Voter roll integrity and voter ID are good places to start. ;)

You only have to seek it out instead of assuming that it doesn't exist in the first place. I can't help you with that roadblock. That's on you.

Tell you what...if you can sell me on Modern Monetary Theory, I'll buy everything in your sales kit. :)

    Pro:

Modern Monetary Theory (MMT) is a heterodox macroeconomic framework that says monetarily sovereign countries like the U.S., U.K., Japan, and Canada, which spend, tax, and borrow in a fiat currency that they fully control, are not operationally constrained by revenues when it comes to federal government spending.

Put simply, such governments do not rely on taxes or borrowing for spending since they can print as much as they need and are the monopoly issuers of the currency. Since their budgets aren’t like a regular household’s, their policies should not be shaped by fears of rising national debt.

    Con:

Nobel Prize-winning economist Paul Krugman’s views on U.S. debt are similar to many MMT ideologues, but Krugman has been strongly opposed to the theory. In an op-ed in The New York Times in 2011, he warned the U.S. would see hyperinflation if it was put into practice and investors refused to buy U.S. bonds.5

“Do the math, and it becomes clear that any attempt to extract too much from seigniorage—more than a few percent of GDP, probably—leads to an infinite upward spiral in inflation,” he wrote, “In effect, the currency is destroyed. This would not happen, even with the same deficit, if the government can still sell bonds.”

Michael R. Strain, the resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute, has argued that MMT’s proposal that taxes can be used to reduce inflation is also flawed. “Raising taxes would only make a downturn worse, increasing unemployment and further slowing the economy,” he said in a Bloomberg column.6

It's what pays for all the crazy policies you support. It should interest you.

I'm not against your policies...I call them "crazy" because I can't see how we pay for them. If you can show me that, I will apologize profusely and offer no more resistance. ;)

You're buddies (Bernie. Liz, and AOC) keep talking about minting $1 Trillion coins. o_O

"The concept of striking a trillion-dollar coin that would generate one trillion dollars in seigniorage, which would be off-budget, or numismatic profit, which would be on-budget, and be transferred to the Treasury, is based on the authority granted by Section 31 U.S.C.§ 5112 of the United States Code for the Treasury Department to "mint and issue platinum bullion coins" in any denominations the Secretary of the Treasury may choose. Thus, if the Treasury were to mint one-trillion dollar coins, it could deposit such coins at the Federal Reserve's Treasury account instead of issuing new debt."

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trillion-dollar_coin

Seriously...this is how your people expect to pay for all this spending! ...with seigniorage!
