No, you said that there were felonies committed making whoever you are referring to a convicted felon. Felon is a legal term that defines a class of criminal activity and you can't be a felon without first being charged and second being convicted of a felony.

So if you call someone a felon, there has to be a charge and a conviction. Show me either. You can't because as usual, you're talking out of your ass.

If the FBI is that political, we are all in trouble - serious trouble. More likely, the FBI recommends charges but the DOJ either declines to pursue the charges or simply puts them on the back burner. Hopefully the American people are smart enough to know that she is not fit to be president if charges are not pursued.

If you go back and read what I said, I did not accuse her of being a felon. I stated "felonies by their candidates be dismissed by a simple denial". According to every lawyer out there, and it has been adjudicated, removing classified data from secure premises is a felony. It has been proven that her server was not secure. It has been proven that top secret and SAP documents were on her server. Just what is left to prove?

 

I may have misspoke here. I meant to say the president does have enough influence to discourage an indictment of Hillary if he wants to, which he does. I am the last person to buy into any conspiracies.
