    Civil forfeiture should NEVER be done without due process of the law. When it comes to crime, I'm somewhat to the right of Attila the Hun, but in too many cases I hear about, it's the government that are the criminals. Civil forfeiture without due process is a crime.

    Obama is now able to change anything he wants with a wave of his hand. As far as civil forfeiture is concerned, what's he waiting for? He could do it tomorrow. So let it be written, so let it be done.
