Harry Reid has repeatedly stated the Cliven Bundy has not paid "his taxes". I assume he is referring to his income taxes - what other taxes can you avoid paying? Anyhow, there are only 2 ways he can make that statement. If true, the IRS is still dispensing personal info to the party in power. i.e., they (and Reid?) are breaking the law. Otherwise, Reid is lying. BTW, since he is not on the Senate floor, I believe he is subject to slander laws.
Exactly. How would Reid know that Bundy hasn't paid his taxes? Wouldn't that be illegal if the IRS is supplying information to Reid? He may not necessarily be lying (but, then again, he might), but he could simply be ignorant of the facts. If Bundy is, indeed, paying his taxes contrary to what Reid has exclaimed, Bundy should sue that goofy, crooked half-smile right off Reid's face. Lately it seems that Reid is just losing it. First, his tirades against the Koch brothers turned out to be nothing but a wake-up call to people that the Kochs are also supplying money to the Democrats (thanks Harry) and now this whacky quest to kill this rancher's cattle and to renig on the promises the government gave the landowners concerning grazing fees (or, rather, the lack of grazing fees). It seems Harry Reid would have been perfectly at home during the time the government was taking away rights and land of Native Americans. Democrats are really bad about doing stuff like that... just sayin'.
