View attachment 2445 Chuck Schumer Detests The Koch Brothers…Unless They Donate to His Campaign By: John Hinderaker (Power Line)Chuck Schumer has joined Harry Reid in obsessive attacks on Charles and David Koch and their company, Koch Industries. Yesterday Schumer told Politico that the Democrats’ attacks on the Koch brothers are paying off politically, and they intend to continue them. He described the brothers’ “real agenda”: They’re spending $40, $50 million in ads that are not focused on their real agenda, which is just eliminating all regulation on corporations, cutting taxes to virtually nothing. Here is the funny thing: when KochPAC, Koch Industries’ political action committee, donated money to Schumer’s 2010 Senatorial campaign, Schumer thought the Kochs were wonderful. Here is the letter of appreciation he wrote, dated October 28,2009. View attachment 2446 http://nation.foxnews.com/2014/04/0...koch-brothers…unless-they-donate-his-campaign
The libs hate money coming into a campaign & corrupting things...unless it's from a union, from Soros, from mega wealthy Hollywood-types, from millionaire athletes...
What is it with these Dems taking money from the Kochs? View attachment 2456 Dem Senator’s Ad Blasts Kochs, Fails To Mention She Accepted $55K From Them Washington Free Beacon A Super PAC ad in support of Sen. Mary Landrieu (D., La.) blasts the Koch Brothers, but declines to mention that the Democratic incumbent has received more than $50,000 from the philanthropists since 2000. Town Hall reports: According to a recent Politico investigation into the Koch brothers and how they spend their money, it appears that the Kochs don’t just give to Republicans, like so many people believe, and in fact have given money to Senator Mary Landrieu. They found that since 2000, Ms. Landrieu has accepted $55,000 from the KochPAC. As the Washington Free Beacon previously reported, Landrieu has received $27,000 since 2000 from Koch Industries, and another $35,000 from KochPAC, including $15,000 in the current election cycle. http://nation.foxnews.com/2014/04/12/dem-senator’s-ad-blasts-kochs-fails-mention-she-accepted-55k-them
