The Bush administration didn't approve the loan(s) to Solyndra. It wasn't until September, 2009 that the Obama administration approved the $535M loan. Of course, we know what happened to Solyndra: It went bankrupt, it laid off 1100 people and was raided by the FBI. Not really an Obama "accomplishment", but rose-colored glasses may make some people see it that way.

BTW, you're the one who brought up GW in a thread about Obama. Now, WHO is trying diversionary tactics?

I wouldn't consider Obama's use of the Patriot Act to spy on Americans' phone records via the NSA an "accomplishment". Would you?
