OOPS! Under Illinois law; http://www.ncsl.org/research/health/fetal-homicide-state-laws.aspx So if a fetus is not a person, how can it have a life and be murdered?
You do realize that there is a huge difference between criminal penalties and abortions right? One has absolutely nothing to do with the other. Couldn't be more separate.
The basic argument is the same: The taking of a life. I'm simply asking what your opinion is of when life begins. I don't expect an intellectual dissertation from you, actual knowledge such as a doctor could provide or even basic biological or physiological facts; I'm just asking for your honest opinion.
The Court later rejected Roe's trimester framework, while affirming Roe's central holding that a person has a right to abortion until viability.[1] The Roe decision defined "viable" as being "potentially able to live outside the mother's womb, albeit with artificial aid", adding that viability "is usually placed at about seven months (28 weeks) but may occur earlier, even at 24 weeks. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roe_v._Wade
Did I ever mention abortion? You stated as a fact; And I just proved that an unborn fetus is a person. Another liberal lie by Mr. RB!
The left has spent years trying to de-humanize abortions...they've tried to make it a religious thing or a women's rights thing...anything but the snuffing out of an innocent human life. This is why ideologues, like moron joe & BO, won't answer a question like "when do you think life begins?".
