    You're also not an intellectual. No really, you're not. I'm just asking for your opinion. So, I'll ask for the umpteenth time: What is your opinion as to when life begins?

    Remember, this is just your opinion. Not a doctor's. Not a theologian's. Not a philosopher's. Just yours. And please be sincere and honest when you reply.

    That seems intentionally vague. OK, I define life as turning 13 and going through puberty, therefore life begins at about 13-years of age. Unless you have a better definition you're will to share with the rest of us. As I suspected, the question of when life begins is an individual decision which only you can determine. That makes your question of when life begins moot.

    Individual decision, huh? So if I decide live begins at 60, I could come up to you neck of the woods and keep you live from starting, right? Hell, if that were the case, I would not waste my time on a yokel like you, I would just prevent Obama's life from starting.

    Notwithstanding your apparent attempt at obfuscation, that is, unless you actually believe that life begins at ~age 13 what is your personal opinion of when life begins? If you honestly believe it begins at ~age 13, we'll go on with this discussion from that starting point. If not, please give an honest opinion.

    After all, there are people who believe it's OK to take a life under the auspices of "abortion" even after a baby is birthed. Are you one of those?

    You see, I don't think you are truly living until you hit puberty so 13 seems like a reasonable answer. The point is you can't define "life" either. Nobody can so again your question has little to no meaning. When do YOU think life begins and why do you define life as starting at that point and not some other point?

    I've told you many times that my opinion is that life begins when a doctor says the entity is viable outside the womb. Some people disagree with me, but that's OK. It's just my opinion. Now, will you give your honest opinion or will you keep stating the absurdity that you think one is not truly "living" until he hits puberty at ~13?

    Life begins at conception. Its not a religious thing at all. It is science. Period. Cant be any other way. At conception. Done. End of story.

    When a life becomes viable is the debatable part. When it begins is not debatable. You just have to decide when its ok for you to kill it.

    You guys, you are speaking with a coward. He stands for nothinh. He believes nothing of what he says. This "man" , moen is a tool. He types what he is told to type, his opinion is what they tell him his opinion is and he believes what they tell him to believe. He stands for what he is told to stand for. Asking for his real thoughts is akin to winning the powerball. Not going to happen.

    You mean like the anti-abortion crowd tells you all the stuff you just spewed? It's funny how everyone else is just spewing some canned dogma except you of course even though you are word-for-word parroting the anti-abortion talking points.     I have no idea when life begins or even how to define life and neither does anyone else. At least I admit it. I don't latch onto some arbitrary point and make it my opinion. You are perfectly welcome to do just that but it isn't any more valid than any other arbitrary point.

    Actually, that thought came from my own head. Must be odd to you. I never mentioned abortion did I?, just checked, no, I did not. I simply stated that life begins at conception. Science has proven this. It is not religion or politics or opinion. Again, it is up yo you to decide when it is morally ok to kill.

    Well, of course you don't know when life begins. But, you must have an honest opinion about it. You have an opinion about everything else! Do you think it begins at conception? At some point during gestation? At the moment of birth? After birth? What's your opinion?

    I think I've been expressing my opinion all along. My opinion is that if nobody knows when life begins, or even what constitutes life, how can anyone have an opinion based on anything other than flat out guessing? I guess life, whatever that is, begins, starts, ramps up, congeals, pops into existence 14.3 seconds after the mother gets her first craving for lobster and chocolate sauce, but don't ask me how I came up with that guess. God works in mysterious ways.

    I see. We'll put your opinion of when life begins on hold for a moment since you obviously can't or won't answer.

    Now, Amendment 14, Section 1 of the Constitution says, "No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law".

    OK, so the Constitution guarantees a person's right to life. Would you at least agree with the Constitution that life should be guaranteed?

    Arguments

    For Roe: Under the Bill of Rights, a woman has the right to terminate her pregnancy. It is improper for a State to deny individuals the personal, marital, familial, and sexual right to privacy. Moreover, in no case in its history has the Court declared that a fetus—a developing infant in the womb—is a person. Therefore, the fetus cannot be said to have any legal "right to life." Because it is unduly intrusive, the Texas law is unconstitutional and should be overturned.

    For Wade: The State has a duty to protect prenatal life. Life is present at the moment of conception. The unborn are people, and as such are entitled to protection under the Constitution. The Texas law is a valid exercise of police powers reserved to the States in order to protect the health and safety of citizens, including the unborn. The law is constitutional and should be upheld.
