BO is celebrating 1 million Obamacare signees?

Why is 1 million a big deal? According to the lies that were told, there are some 17 million who needed affordable healthcare...where are they? How does the 1 million signees equate to the number of people who lost their existing coverage because of Obamacare?

 

Regardless of the 17M, the last I heard, there were 6M who have lost their insurance BECAUSE of Obamacare. By my math, that means that Obamacare has DECREASED the insured by 5M. I wonder what Mr. RB's math gives as an answer.
