Red State Residents Victims of Their Own Stupidity

It seems that the ideological positions held by the red state residents and their elected officials have began to show up in higher bankruptcy rates, worse health care outcomes, and much higher rates of uninsured citizens. It really is hard to feel anything but tickled by these ideologues when they blindly follow stupid rhetoric, false talking points, and allow themselves to be scared into hating government. The slide of the red states is beginning to pick up steam as Republican governors turn down federally funded Medicaid expansion and refuse to participate in state run health exchanges. It's only going to get worse for these states and it seems to me at least that they are rather proud of their defiance. Good for them! These states have been takers for too long anyway and if they choose to slit their own throats for ideologically inspired reasons, I say win-win. They get they want and the rest of us don't have to hand over our tax dollars to people too dumb to stop digging when they already can't see the light at the top of their pit. Keep it up red state morons. Darwin would be accurately predicting the outcome of this behavior if he were alive today.

BTW Why are you such an unhappy negative nasty old man? You bring every single thread to the lowest level possible. Are you just that angry all the time? Get help.

How is a self-described "win-win" thread negative? I am pleased with this development. In fact, I am down-right happy about the situation. But thanks for the negative perspective.

I didn't realize Florida, Maine, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Wisconsin and New Hampshire were red states.

No one said that they were red states. Although both Florida and Virginia are "purple" and New Hampshire is "light blue". Like most labels, it's a little more complicated than just black and white or red and blue. :)

Oh - you didn't say anything about labeling being more complicated than just black and white or red and blue in your OP.

I didn't say a lot of things in the OP. Feel free to take a jab at everything else I didn't say.

That is all a person can jab at because like most of your other posts on this site you said nothing in your OP.

HR-25 (The Fair Tax Act) will be adopted after the next election, Obamacare will be repealed/replaced, and the IRS will be a shell of its former self.

Now THAT'S change you can believe in!!! These idiots with State Exchanges will have to eat their losses.

The Progressive movement that really took hold a hundred years ago has run its course...and run America into the ground. It's time for a political awakening and time to throw off the slave shackles of the IRS and Progressive Cronyism!

We gain more civil rights under the the Democrats for women, for minorities, and for the LGBT community. We lose civil rights under your party. People tend not to give up rights once they have them. Good luck with your dream of yesterday.

Another ridiculous statement. Democrats were firmly against the Republican led Civil Rights Act of 1964.

How does breaking up the family unit protect women? How does driving down wages so women HAVE to leave their kids in daycare and seek out meager employment helping women?

Everyone wants to ensure the civil rights of the LGBT community aren't violated...but that doesn't mean their rights are more important that those of a family trying to raise their children in a healthy, wholesome environment.

You can pull anything your want out your azz when it comes to claiming "Liberal Accomplishments", but it doesn't change the fact that Liberal/Progressive policies are destroying this country.

...and it will never divert attention from the failure of Obamacare!! ;)

Like the right to pick your own doctor? The right to support your candidate? The right for women to vote? (On January 12, 1915, a suffrage bill was brought before the House of Representatives but was defeated by a vote of 204 to 174, (Democrats 170-85 against, Republicans 81-34 for, Progressives 6-0 for)

Hey guys, stop beating up Little Joe with historical facts. Facts get in his way. The poor thing is probably sitting in front of his computer right now slobbering on himself.
