Whichever media outlet is putting out the particular talking point that you're quoting, is wrong. That line about how an insurance company "has to" raise their fees is unadulterated crap. The companies have calculated their copayment plans to create a solid profit for themselves. Keeping pace with inflation will still result in a profit, but they can even line their pockets a bit more on top of that and the plan will still keep its grandfathered status.

Hopefully you have enough sense to realize Obama did lie. There are memos, speeches, testimony, bills, etc. all out there both telling him, and him (his administration) telling others that most will not be able to keep their plan or doctor by 2015.
