So the Constitution breaks a law into two (2) parts; the "passage" of the law and the "funding" of the law. Just because a law passes doesn't mean it has to be funded...just as it doesn't have to be enforced (Executive Branch).

It's called "Checks & Balances" (duh!)

Obamacare as a rational, viable program was a non-starter from the beginning. Its value was in its potential to kick the supports out from under the whole rotten system that it was supposed to shore up. So far things seem to be moving in that direction. Be interesting to see what rises from the ruins.

The Bill/Hillary tag-team is springing to life ahead of the 2016 election.

Bill's criticism of Obama and Obamacare inoculates Hillary (pun intended) from Obamacare in 2016, without damaging her support for universal healthcare (she worked the healthcare issue during the Bill Clinton administration).

Bill is positioning Hillary to be the perfect Democrat to "fix" any Republican criticisms of Obamacare. This is a former President's comment on a sitting President and perfectly shields Hillary from any criticism.

Any Democrat that wants to protect Obamacare will have to support Hillary Clinton in 2016...Brilliant!!!

Still, a Christie/Ryan ticket should give her a run for her money. I wonder who Hillary will pick for a running mate...Bill?

He now has the lowest poll numbers of his presidency as more and more people are waking up to the fact that they've been lied to. Don't lie to the American people, Mr. President. Politics=Lies. So how do you take the politics out of government without kill a national past time. You don't. Too many people have bought into the bread and circus, painted their faces red or blue, and go off to the poles to vote. It doesn't matter. Memes can be addictive and should have a warning label. Yes, politics is certainly a liar's game. But, with Obama, supposedly all that was going to "change". His was supposed to be the most transparent administration we've every known. He was supposed to give us "hope". He won the Nobel Peace Prize for some reason or another. Go figure. He bombed the hell out of Libya and wanted to do the same with Syria even though he hadn't exhausted every diplomatic tactic. Now, he's been caught lying about his signature health insurance reform. Yes, politics does equal lies. So, let's discuss......
