Disagree. This wasn't a 3 year old who gets hold of a gun and shoots someone accidentally. This was someone stealing a gun with the intent of killing. Same for the 14 year old who beat his teacher to death is a 'bad guy'. Wonder what might have happened if she had a gun. Again, maybe no difference, maybe a big difference.
